  • Day 2: Tokyo , Japan
Upon arrival in Tokyo, transfer to the hotel (on your own) and check in. The remainder of the day will be at your own leisure to enjoy.
  • Day 3: Tokyo
After breakfast, we first head to the Imperial Palace of Tokyo – the residence of the royal family – and visit the “double bridge” (Nijubashi) over the moat. The bridge is a symbol of the Palace. And then we proceed to Senso-ji, an ancient Buddhist temple. It is Tokyo’s oldest temple, and one of its most significant. The Nakamise-dori is a street on the approach to the temple, which houses many traditional shops for souvenirs. Meiji Shrine was built in dedication to Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken. The original shrine was destroyed during World War II; the current one was re-built in 1958. This area is covered by an evergreen forest that consists of 120,000 trees of 365 different species, which were donated by people from all parts of Japan when the shrine was established. (B, L)
  • Day 4: Tokyo ~ Shizuoka
After breakfast we head to Fuji Mountain 5th Station, a perfect spot to view the stunning Fuji Mountain. Visit Lake Kawaguchi before going to Heiwa Park – which commands a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. Tonight we either enjoy the famous Kaiseki, a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner. Enjoy all facilities in the hotel including a hot spring spa. (B, L, D)
  • Day 5: Shizuoka ~ Kyoto
After breakfast we head to Atsuta Shrine. The shrine's Bunkaden, or treasure hall, houses over 4,000 relics, which include 174 Important Cultural Properties and a dagger that is a designated National Treasure of Japan. Proceed to Magome-juku after visiting a Jewelry workshop. Magome-juku was the 43rd of the 69 stations of the Nakasendō, an ancient road that connected Kyoto and Edo during the Edo period. Next you will tour Ena-kyo Valley. (B, L, D)
  • Day 6: Kyoto ~ Nara ~ Osaka
After breakfast, we shall go to the UNESCO World Heritage Site – Kiyomizu-dera. The temple was founded in 778, and its present buildings were constructed in 1633, ordered by the Tokugawa Iemitsu. There is not a single nail used in the entire structure. Enjoy lunch before going to Tōdai-ji in Nara. Tōdai-ji is currently the world’s largest wood structure. Afterward, enjoy your time at Nara Park. Then, we shall spend some times for shopping at the duty free and Shinsaibashi. (B, L)
  • Day 7: Osaka ~ Takamatsu
After breakfast, depart and visit the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. With a length of almost 4 kilometers, it is the world's longest suspension bridge. Continue to visit the Naruto Strait. The Naruto whirlpools occur along the Shikoku coast and are created by the large volumes of water moving. After lunch, arrive Tokushima and visit Awa Odori Kaikan. The museum explains the history and attractiveness of Awa Odori, exhibitions of costumes and musical instruments used, but the main attraction is the actual Awa Odori performance. Lastly, visit the Kotohira-gu Shrine. With the date of its establishment is not known, the shrine is known to have been the object of veneration from early times. This shrine is famous for its long stone steps. It is also visited by many fishermen and sailors here as it is also known as the guardian of the sea. (B, L, D)
  • Day 8: Takamatsu ~ Miyajima ~ Hiroshima
This morning, depart and visit Kuribayashi Park.  Continue to the Great Seto Bridge. As an island nation, bridges play an integral part in Japan's infrastructure. Of these bridges, the Great Seto Bridge is one of the most impressive bridges. It is actually a series of multiple bridges that connect together to make one amazing architectural creation. Afterward, proceed to Miyajima and visit the Itsukushima Shinto Shrine, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. The shrine and its toril gate are unique for being built over water, seemingly floating in the sea during high tides. The shrine complex consists of multiple buildings, connected by boardwalks and supported by pillars above the sea. (B, L, D)
  • Day 9: Hiroshima ~ Kobe
This morning, start your day with a visit to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, one of the most prominent features of the city. Before the bomb, the area of what is now the Peace Park was the political and commercial heart of the city. Four years to the day after the bomb was dropped, it was decided that the area would not be redeveloped but instead devoted to peace memorial facilities. In contrast to other cultural heritage buildings, the Atomic Bomb Dome must be maintained in the exact state of destruction caused by the bomb. This is critical to understanding its relevance and importance as a World Heritage Site. Continue to visit the Himeji Castle, also known as the White Heron Castle due to its elegant, white appearance, and is wildly considered Japan's most spectacular castle for its imposing size and beauty and its well preserved, complex castle grounds. After lunch, continue to Kobe and visit the Port of Kobe. Kobe has been an important port city for many centuries. Its port was among the first to be opened to foreign trade in the 19th century.* (B, L, D)
  • Day 10: Kobe ~ Home
After breakfast, tour guide will assist you to take airport shuttle bus (On Own Expense) to airport for your flight back home as your trip comes to an end. (B)
