Q:  How do I sign up?
A:  In order to join a student group you must contact the professors in charge of the trip you are interested in, or the study abroad office of the school that is sponsoring the trip.

Q:  What is included in with my total package?
A:  Every student trip includes travelers insurance, airfare, airport transfers, and accommodations.  All other inclusions will vary, but further details can be found in the terms and conditions for each trip.

Q:  Why is the package price higher on the website?
A:  Website prices are inclusive of processing fees.  If you make payments directly to  your school, or pay in person to Charming Travel Destinations, you will receive a discounted rate.

Q:  Do I need to do anything or fill out any applications for the Travelers Insurance?
A:  No, we know choosing the right plan and coverage can be tedious and time consuming. Charming Travel Destinations is a licensed seller of travelers insurance.  We work closely with Travel Guard, and with each school, to make the process as easy as possible and ensure you receive the best available coverage.  Your coverage starts as soon as we receive your first deposit.  The Description of Coverage pamphlet is your proof of insurance, so make sure you receive one from the program organizers.

Q:  What does the Travelers Insurance cover?
A:  Travelers insurance covers trip cancellations, trip interruptions, trip delays, delayed or lost baggage, and most importantly medical coverage.  For more detailed information, make sure to read the Description of Coverage pamphlet.

Q:  How do I make a payment?
A:  For payment options and instructions, please contact the study abroad office at your school.

Q:  What if I already made payments for the trip, but will no longer be able to travel?
A:  If you are no longer able to travel with the group notify the study abroad office at your school as soon as possible (if applicable) or contact us by phone (626) 607-0383 or email [email protected], for further instructions.

Q:  What if I don’t need or want travelers insurance, can I refuse it?
A:  Since you are traveling with a student group, there are many liability issues at stake and travelers insurance is necessary to protect all parties involved.  Travelers insurance is normally a mandatory requirement when traveling with any student group, and cannot be removed from the package.

Q:  Are there any travel requirements that I should know about?

Q:  What is the currency used and the exchange rate for the places I will be traveling to?

Q:  What if I have special needs and disabilities?
A:  Students or adults with special needs or physical disabilities may travel with Charming Travel Destinations. Please let us know in advance of your departure and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Please note: some bus companies and hotels are not wheelchair accessible. We ask that you contact your Study abroad school office and our Student Travel coordinator with your specific needs.

Q:  What if I want to cancel my trip?
A:  Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to Charming Travel Destinations and fees will be applied according to your student group tour.
